I am thankful for the grace God has given me through physical trials. I know that He may not choose to heal me and I claim James 1:2 “Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.” and Isaiah 26:3-4 “You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.
4 Trust in the Lord forever,
for the Lord God is an everlasting rock.

in my post the last sentence is not part of the verse!! That was my verse to the Lord!! :0)
I am so thankful for the vast sky with billions of stars and the tiny, fragile petals on a daisy, then I think on all God’s wonderful creation and realize that He knows me by name, and made me His own!
I am grateful to be back in our place of service and that I have electricity, purified water and a telephone all working now.
I am thankful for the Word of God that is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. How it refreshes my soul and gives me direction and strength for each day.
